put a pillow under her buttocks n tell her to remain in that position after intercourse for atleast 15 minutes.

The sperm starts swimming up as soon as you 'finish' and what flows out is the waste, the excess and will not effect her chances of getting pregnant.
For hundreds of years they have said the woman should elevate her legs/hips to try and get pregnant. The thinking is that this will increase the amount of semen/sperm that is inside the woman and that tries to reach the egg...strangely enough there is no scientific proof to support this. :)
The strong ones are the only ones with a chance anyway, it's a long trip, and they took off swimming as soon as they could.

My husband and I are in the same shoes. I got the same advice that a lot of people have given you... "put a pillow under her butt and stay lying down for about 20-30 minutes". I tried it last night and we'll see if it really works. Good luck and don't be afraid to try something new!!

you all may need to see a specialist to find out what needs to be done to conceive and find out what is the problem with the semen. Don't worry and try not to try that could be the problem to much concentration, just make love God will do the rest.

It's all doesn't come out please believe my friend use to say the same thing and to this day she now have six kids from her it always comes out so don't worry it'll happen in time. Or should I say when it's time, when you trying hard it takes longer, but once enjoy it with out thinking what you're trying to do then it happens,just enjoy each other and stop worrying about it's coming out.

Sperm doesn't come out the semen does. It's like the carrier for the sperm to get it into the uterus. But it has no use there so it has to come out.

Do the pillow under her bottom. (put it there before intercourse) Let her relax on her back after wards. Then after a few minutes help her stand on her head. Then let me know when the baby is due.

All of it doesn't come out i'm sure. But you can put a pillow under her butt to kind of tilt her so that everything stays in.

Have her put her legs up during and after sex. It helped me get pregnant. Just have her prop them up on a pillow and put a pillow under her bottom.

bang her whilst holding her legs up high - when withdrawing, dont withdraw immediatly after you release your semen....wiggle it about in there and take out after your dick starts to fall asleep...when withdrawing make sure her legs are still in the air...that p***y will then drink every little bit up!!!
