I think it's very difficult to actually choose the best one because I think that all cuisines besides the four stated in the question above have their own unique taste and specialties.
For example, American Hotdogs and Cheeseburgers, Italian Pasta, Pizza and Tiramisu, French Pastries, Korean Bulgogi and Japanese Sushi are all great tasting food.
Personally, I like all four cuisines in the question above. I love Chinese Tim Sum, Noodles, Congee and of course, Sweet & Sour Pork. I love Indian Roti Canai, Rojak and Briyani Rice. I love Malay Nasi Lemak and all the Meat dishes cooked in various ways. I love Thai Tom Yam, Fish Cakes and Desserts. Bottomline, I love food!
Anyway, to really answer the question above, I guess I would have to go with Indian cuisine because:
1) Roti Canai is one of the best food created (in my opinion)
2) Its cuisine has a very special and sometimes acquired taste
3) You really have to admire all the work that goes into preparing Indian cuisine with all the different herbs and spices and things like cashewnut puree but to name a few.

I like Thai the best because the flavors are a bit lighter than the others and I like the use of citrus flavors.
