i am 22 i have finished bachelor of business in accounting form Singapore management university, i want to study science somehow, can i still do that ? . . . can i have degree in science ?

Any university would be happy to let you earn another degree. As long as you are willing to pay tuition.

I dropped out of college when I was 20, I just wasn't mature enough. After a few years of trying to find a job and 8 years in the Army I went back to school. I now had the maturity and did better. Even more important I knew what I wanted, I couldn't get a good job without a degree and I knew it. I pursued my courses like I would a real job and I graduated with honors.
Recently Jay Leno (The Tonight Show) talked about a 98 year-old woman who just got her high school degree. If you want it bad enough, if you have the time and money to do it, and if you have the attitude to succeed, then it is never too late to go back to schoo.

yeah you can have as many degrees as you want, although it is expensive to keep going through college.
