I am getting close to my cuz physically.. we both are girls.. and i don't know if it is normal or now.. Im 17 and she's 16.. We hold hands, hug and all.. but nowadays its getting too much..

It not as healthy as it may be normal...girls tend to remain close during the earlier teen years for some to continue into later teen years can be understandable, but for those who haven't explored or are uncertain about their sexuality may hang on a little tighter even to the point where one or the other or even both experiment together sexually...some may continue such behavior and others realize that wasn't for them and date boys/men only from then on...you seem to be at a cross road...if you feel its getting to much...set your boundaries and act accordingly...good question.

its ok to hug and be close but if its leading to kissing or touching eachother thats not normal. talk about it with her, remember you are cousins
