Sporadic pain in veins that connect to testicles (within scortum) and occassional pain in testicle (alternating in either). No swelling. no urinery dysfunction. no erection or ejaculation dysfunction. scortum size has increased. US sonograph is clean, with result showing less water in one testicle. Any one can throw light on this ? Is this an developing symptom of something ?

I am assuming you are seeing a urologist. Testicles are very delicate organs and it could be simply a kinked nerve. If you manipulate your testicles does it effect the pain at all? If you are not seeing a urologist I suggest you go see one. You do not want to run in to a more serious problem than pain in that area.
