I would like to know whether any couple can take divorce twice ? They are my intimate friends living in India. They patched up once after the divorce and registered their marriage again. In case if they want to seperate again, do they need to go to the court again ? Or they can just simply live seperately ?

I really do not know. They probably can but i feel they should work on their marriage and try to save it if at all. If there however is no saving to it then separate and divorce. This is totally up to them and what they choose to do. Yes if they choose to divorce again then it will go through the courts again. Unless they want a legal separation then no court should be involved unless there are kids involved.

there must be alot of couples try over again to rekindle their marriage,cuz I'm one of them, my husband and I have been divorced 2 times now, and now we are married ,AGAIN!!! It's hard to see your kids hurt, cuz of the parents arguing. So, we are trying to do better this time. I would think that they would have to go back to court, if they do not want to be married, or YES, they can just live separately, until they decide what they need to do.

Sounds like it would be a personal preference, but it would also depend on the culture of exactly where they are living and what the laws are there. Only they can make that decision, as their friend the best you can do is offer your sympathy and support without picking sides.

In India, Roman Catholics arew not allowed to take divorce. As per Islam, once you gave divorce to your wife and again you want to remarry her, then it is possile only then, it she marries to and gets divorced from another person.

The law here you can divorce twice, three times, on and on... if you want.... I would assume the same there.... if they remarried and it doesn't work , yes get another divorce.....
