Click the Paper Clip, then click the file name that appears.

If it is an email (file type ".eml"), it will then be viewable.

If it is another file type (say a picture), you will have to click "Open" and possibly specify a program to open it.

If the attachment didn't come from a person you trust, open it at your own risk. Mystery attachments often contain viruses or spam.
