We have been married for 20 years and have 2 kids. She is a wonderful wife. But recently I have discovered she will perform better in bed if she watches women having sex in advance. She will not watch man-woman videos. Does this mean she may be lesbian inclinations?

No. Think about it...most lesbian porn videos feature the softness, the sensuality, the "I'm going to take the time to find out what pleasures you" deal. Most straight porn is "WHAM! BAM! I'm TAKING this FROM you.
I would probably get more excited watching two women because of the sensuality part - in most straight videos, it just seems that the man is violating the woman.

All it means is that she has fantasies. I came across a few women who hated the thought of women getting it on, so I will say not all women get excited. Remember this is your wife fantasies, FANTASY IS THE IMPORTANT WORD she might not have any interest upon acting upon it beyond the videos or she might be interested in watching live or participating.
