me and my man dont have a nuff sex we have 4 kids and work all the time well give some ancers he ok with it im not we dont have child care

pay for childcare once and awhile.
try this: one date a week with a "happy ending" before you pick the kids up. your husband obviously thinks you are hot stuff (or you wouldn't have four kids).
you are starved for attention and i hope your husband and you can figure out a date night to revitalize your relationship.

i also have four kids living at home,my wife and i make sacrifices for sex , such as we get up extra early like 330 or 4 am to have sex, then afterwards, go back to sleep till we have to get up for work, also , quickies can be helpful, in the bathroom , doing laundry, etc, also try to pick one night every week as a date night, get a babysitter, for the night, go out to dinner, movie, get a motel, whatever , just take time for each other, and most of all be open with each other when either of u are in the mood, take hold of the moment, sometimes just light teasing, works as well as sex

Sometimes you have to make sacrifices, that is what being an adult is all about. My life is the same, I have 2 kids, they are not the problem. It is work, one of us just has to go to bed before the other, it seems that is how it always works, or he will lay there watching the news and I pass out. Can't win!!!!

each week set one day aside as a date get a baby sitter for the kids and just spend time together with your man if its for sex or just to have free time to talk about your lives.(communication is the key to a healthy relationship).there is more to a relationship then just sex but lack of can cause prob. good luck to your family

Make the time you do spend in the bedroom count with four kids it has to be hard I have three so I don't get much these days

Give him a short note everywhere in the house that you are still hot. If he doesn't know what it is, just show him how hot and horny you are after 4 kids.

well it might be a good idea to sell your kids for slavery or something. otherwize you might want to move out to the country and have the kids bring up chickens and ducks that will show em

surely there is enough time when the kids are in bed. and remember the bedroom is not always the best place for rumpy. where and when did you do it when you had no kids?
