Put some baking soda and water, about 1 cup of water and 2 Tbsp of baking soda, in a bowl and warm it up in your microwave (30 - 45 seconds should work).

Open the windows and air the house out as well as the door to the microwave. You can try placing a box of baking soda in the microwave for several hours or overnight.

For the microwave I take a bowl with vinegar and water and microwave it for 5 to 10 minutes until it is all sweaty and let it sit for a while and then wipe it down. For the house you can put some vanilla and water in a pot and let it steep and will waft through the house with your fans on.

Been there done that, try a cup of water with baking soda and lemon juice in it. Bring to boil in microwave and let set overnight. May take several nights before burnt odor is gone.
