I know while you sign up for yahoo answers you can change your user name so it is different than your yahoo user id, but how do you change it once you sign up so iti s not the same as your yahoo id? i tried looknig in yahoo answers help but i couldnt find anything

Click on your name thats in a blue hyperlink. Its right under your default picture. Then click on "MY Q&A" right above your default picture where it says HOME >> MY Q&A >> Public Preview
Then right above all your Questions and Answers, next to your default picture again, there is a link called EDIT MY INFO.
Click on that link and then there is an option there to change your yahoo ID to a nickname of your choice. Select the "use nickname of your choice" option and you can set it up to ANY name you want.
Click on preview, then submit.

In ur create public profiles,.. edit ur profile which u r using for answers. or u can delete the profie and create a new one.
