I'm 13 as well and that just happened to me! I know it feels really odd. I went for a 34 A to like a 35 B and people may notice but you should be so freaked out about it. You and I are going through changes, just like everyone else is. And I sometimes feel scared that people think I'm stuffing when I'm not and so on.
You should do anything to make it look smaller, if people think your weird ignore them. Everyone is going through changes at this point in life; there is nothing we can do. And we should just be proud. <3

i recall the most embarrasing moment in my life with my mom in a female sense.... my first peroid , i swear she told everyone including the guy bagging up my first box of maxi pads at the store !!!!
i too was embarrased when i started growing boobs . it is normal to feel odd about it .
there is not much you can do to make them look smaller . you can always wear baggier shirts , but the reality is it will be noticable anyway .
something you can do that may keep embarrasing moments from happening until you get more comfortable with your new curves is write down on a piece of paper what all your sizes are , shoes , pants , shirts, underware , and bra. give it to your mom so she has it when she goes to the store .
something to remember even though it seems horrible when your mom did this all girls go through it and maybe they really wasnt staring at you , but you just feeling like they were because you feel this is something that shouldnt have been broadcasted in the store.
good luck

You should go to a lingere store, like Victoria Secret or other.. They will be able to measure you to make sure you get the correct size. Let them know you are looking for something with full support and you don't want to show anything off. All you really need is the right size bra with support. I don't know how old you are, but you sound young and I understand you feeling uncomfortable.. But soon enough everyone will catch up to you and you will not be made fun of. Don't resort to wearing big baggy sweatshirts. You can still wear clothes that fit, just make sure you have the right bra. Love your body!!

There are millions of girls out there that wish they had bigger boobs!!! You need to be comfortable with your body and yes, you'll get attention as they grow, that's life. I don't agree with your mom embarassing you and even I won't shout my breast size out across a store for heaven's sake but don't be ashamed of your body, you can't control the size you just have to accept it.

I'm a 40DD and I am very aware that they are the first thing most people see when they look at me. However, I command respect and if you want to have a conversation with me, my eyes are up here! Perhaps your comfort will increase with age but the first step is to stop being so self conscious about them.

You can make yourself look smaller by what you wear, colours textures and so on, but better to try and accept your new size.

Women's breast are always growing when you're young and get your first period they seem to grow faster than when you get older, but they are always changing.

Take it from a woman with more that enough. As a teen I was about the same size as you are now, after 3 kids and 20years I'm a 48DD.

If boys look at your chest instead of in the eyes, just say hey I'm up here, men are pigs (sorry guys) even if they don't think they look they do.

Best way to deal with the whole thing is to find a way to accept your own body, it's yours and you're stuck with it.

Lastly I'll tell you what I tell my daughter who..... as we call it has J-Lo butt, woman pays 1000's of dollars for you have naturally, enjoy it.

You haven't say your age, but I think you must be in your teens, because at this stages your breast began to grow. You must don't feel ashamed because that.
If you want to feel comfortable the best is going to buy them with your mother, if your cup is now 36, is better you use one with good support wide elastic band, maybe and x stile or gym type of bra can help, so you wont feel pain in your back, give them a right support now , and don't try to make them look smaller! Let nature take her way. Talk to your mother of how you feel when she does that comments in front of another people also and that isnt a problem at all. Still at my ages I feel uncomfortable is soemone ask me that.

Love your boobs, girl. They're part of you, they're one of the things that make you a woman, and 36B isn't so big it's going to be uncomfortable. You're just adjusting to the changes your body is going through. It's all perfectly natural. Provided they don't grow to be cumbersome, you'll grow to love the new you in time. And those people aren't looking at you thinking you're weird you know - they probably think you look gorgeous.

36B isn't big at all for your age. I'm 36B. Teens usually think that everyone is looking at them when only a few are. Don't worry. You're average. Just keep on thinking that. be proud of yourself and your newer bigger boobs. Maybe because my sister's breasts are giant (she's a D but insists on wearing a C because she won't believe it), but I feel very small.

Gurl i feel you i started growing in like 2nd grade. I'm a 36D and I'm 13. Be proud don't let no1 make you feel uncomfortable because when you start feeling ashamed of your body it takes a long time to get comfortable with it again
