im half asian so i no wat ur going threw...my eyes arent so small but here are a few tips...black eyeliner makes your eyes smaller and so does a dark eye shadow although dark .colors make your eyes smokey it makes them smaller at the same time...if u want to make your eyes bigger dont use black eye liner...i use MAC eyeliner gel in blue...not everyone looks good in blue though...but i no for a fact that white makes your eyes look huge...i saw this on the tyra banks show so i know im rite...u can also use mascara...hope i helped

A light color of grey eyeshadow will bring out your eyes. A little bit of eyeliner underneath the eye. Use an eyelash curler and lots of black mascara.

Apply a white eyeliner around your eyes and then apply a black liner on the outer side of the white line. Your eyes will look bigger.

To make your eyes look bigger, use white eyeliner above your lower lashes. This will make yours eyes seem bigger and it will bring out the color of your eyes more too.

it opens the eyes and makes the whites look larger and "pop"

use eyliner on the bottim, mascara on top and bottom and use a dark colored shadow in the lower part of ur lid and a lighter colorin the crease and above to ur eyebrow

hi, use a white liner in ur lower lid, followed by black liner below it...also use a white highlighter below ur eyebrows... use thin layer of liner on upper eye and apply mascara..

line lower eye-line with kohl pencil (smudge it a bit with fingertip )..line above eye-line with liquid liner.. lots of mascara ..
