I would try online, but I got a lot of my preemie clothes at babies r us.. I don't know if they make jeans though, I just wanted to keep him in onsies and soft clothes. I would hold off on the jeans.. i know your prob anxious to get he/she in cute clothes, but making sure that child is soft and comfy is prob. the best for them.

The only place I would ever buy jeans for an infant especially a preemie would be The Gap. They have a really soft cotton inter lining and the jeans themselves are very soft and cute. I didn't put my kids in jeans until they are 4 or 5 months and the ones from gap were the only ones I would use. They sell preemie sizes you may even check on-line. All the infant jeans are made that way so if you order them on-line you will know that's what you are getting.

i have 3 kids and have never seen jeans for newborns let alone preemies. they have pants that are made out of something other than jean and you can find those almost anywhere. there is a web site called preemies r us and in all there products they dont have jeans(im sure no one else will either) I would suggest asking someone to make the baby a pair out of some of your old jeans

Do not put denim on a baby. My sister was 5lb 1oz when she was born and weighed 4lb and 8oz when she came home. It will make the baby raw. If you can not find preemie clothes try baby doll clothes because preemie was to big on my sister and the baby doll was still a little big but it worked better!

I have no idea. Personally I wouldn't put jeans on a preemie. They have very sensitive skin. My son is 3 months old now(born 7wks early) and he's not even wearing jeans yet. he's in 0-3mo sizes and his skin is still delicate. I'm still using baby laundry detergent and giving him a quick bath in warm water and then drying him off and using hypoallerginic everything. Sensitive skin wipes, diapers with no dye inside(swaddlers), and sensitive skin lotions.

But I have no clue where to buy them. The smallest I've ever seen is 3-6mo.

we just got a new super wal-mart and they've got tons of preemie stuff! I wish they would have built that store BEFORE my daughter was born, when my daughter was born we had to dress her in 0-3 month because there wasn't anywhere in my town where you could buy preemie clothes!

My Mom would buy dolls and use the doll clothes for me until I was able to wear infant clothes. I weighed 2 pounds. 3 ounces and 13 inches long.

Good grief.....wanna rub that tender skin and cause a rash with denim. Hold off awhile, they got the rest of their life for jeans.

I think I saw some in Macy's just days ago. They look great and are of good price while on sale. But I really think babies that young would like something much softer.
