Restart your computer in safe mode without networking and then go to the directory in which the file is present and then delete it while keeping the "Shift" button pressed.
Press F8 during restart before the Windows loading shows up.

Well! Don't go on searching that virus File in your computer or in Internet... probably you won't Find it... so you'r anti-virus can only delete it... try avast! antivirus free... after virus gets deleted you can use your prefered anti-virus... i don't force you to use... others.... also online scan may prove useful.. try http://www.trendmicro.com

go to the top of this page and in the search bar where it says --search for questions,--type free antivirus software-or programsI did this-then search the answers,and you will be amazed.
