It is Roger Ebert. I've read the book and it's a collection of reviews of movies he didn't like. And in the case of the title film ("North", starring, among others, Bruce Willis) a movie he REALLY hated. It's not only a hilarious read, it's educational if you have any interest in how critics find different ways to say the same things about different movies. I mean, let's face it, a lot of movies are crap and critics have to find new ways to interest readers with reviews that essentially say this movie is crap just like the last 3 I had to see. :)
BTW, on the other side of the equation, Ebert's Great Movie books are spectacular. They showcase 200 (so far) of the greatest movies ever filmed. Watch some of the movies in those books that you would never have considered watching (or never heard of) before and open your cinematic world.
