I have passed by hair loss too because of stress.
As you said, I tried everything, even roggaine....the only thing that helped me was a hair laser treatment. There is this laser brush, but I brought it, and didn't work. The only treatment it worked for me, was the hair laser treatment provided by laser centers or doctor's office.
Good Luck, I know exactly how you feel....by the way don't wash your hair with hot water, seems not to be good for people with hair loss. Try also to figure its real causes, my dermatologist and all doctors i visited told me it was because of the stress...after years, I got to know the reasons of my hair loss, be linked of a condition, called 'dermatitis seborrhea" on the hair scalp.

You may want to go to a doctor, since this could be a sign of a thyroid problem. They will be able to run a simple blood test to find out for sure. If this is the problem then they have medication for it. Good luck!
