I am paranoid thinking of what others are thinking about me. Does any body have any tips on how not to care of what people think of you.

I don't care what other people think. They don't know me, they don't live my life and they sure have no rights over me. Just let it go. Your real, true friends...don't judge you or think bad things or talk behind your back. If this persists, I see a doctor because paranoia...is a mental illness.

To not care what other people think you have to like yourself enough to see that their opinion does not matter because its you who controls you. What I do is I weed out the insults and I only pay attention to compliments. Plus you can't know what someone is thinking unless they tell you so in reality its just you putting thoughts in their head. You can read the book No Body is Perfect by Kimberley Kirberger its covers issues like that.

When you think this just think that they have more clever work to do than thinking about you. But, anyway you shouldn't be obsessed with that, it is your life you can do what you want. All the people have different opinions and judgments(also you can see this from Yahoo answers) and always will exists someone who won't like you or your opinions or whatever.People's opinions are always divided. So think for you always the best and don't give chance people to mess in your life.Best wishes :)

I know alot of girls that are paranoid about what people think. I always tell them that most people just judges other people because they don't have anything better to do and you just need to learn how to ignore people like that and if you do look good don't be afraid to show your looks off. Be bold and just try things you normally wouldn't. I hope it helps because that is all I have.

You just have to start believing in yourself and tell yourself that their opinion really doesn't matter. I have gotten a very good lesson in this recently. My husband, children, and I moved to a really small town two years ago. My hubby has custody of his three children and his ex is not mentally stable at all. She does everything she can to make us misrable. She is constantly calling child protective services (she has made so many false charges that we are now taking her to court for it) and she makes up horrible things and files reports with our local police department. And there are so many other things that she has done that has caused the rumor mill to go crazy around here but I would be typing for 5 hours to tell it all to you!! But, being that this is such a small town the rumors fly and there are a lot of close minded people who think that we have actually done some of these things because instead of getting to know us they just believe everthing they hear. I have people making rude comments to me and giving me dirty looks all the time. It was horribly depressing but then I finally realized that neither my husband nor I have done anything wrong. We are just two hard working people who are trying to raise our children. We have a lot of really great friends that know us and love us and know that we aren't horrible people. These people's opinions of me don't bother me anymore. I know who and what I am. I also have learned not to be so judgemental of other people and to make sure that I am not someone who is spreading untruths about someone else because I now know how devistating it can be. I only hope that this doesn't have to happen to any of the people that have done it to me for them to realize how wrong they are. It would be nice if people would just leave other people alone and let them live their lives. So, I said all that to say, you really have to live your life for yourself and not worry what they think of you. There is always going to be someone somewhere who doesn't like something about you. It's mean and stupid and cruel but that's how some people are. They are so unhappy with their own lives that they have to find something bad about everyone else in order to make themselves feel better. So don't let yourself get caught up in their problems and just be yourself. I bet you are an awesome person, you just need to realize that. :)

Wake up one morning and dress to impress! Walk out the door and turn their heads! What people are thinking about you~just may be a good thing! If you start letting go of your insecurities, it wont even cross your mind.

Many people think in many differeny ways. No two people think alike. If you start giving importance to others' feelings, you can never live for yourself.

The only way to stop thinking about them is to really STOP THINKING about what others feel. Live for YOURSELF and your life will be happy and beautiful. Dont bother about what others think and feel.

Other people are to busy thinking what you think about them so you don't have to worry what they think about you.
Believe me nobody spends a lot of time thinking about you besides you!
It's all in your head.
The person who thinks about you more than you do is either in love with you or jealous of you!

SOMETIMES IT'S DIFFICULT NOT TO CARE, EASIER SAID THAN DONE.
LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND TELL YOUR SELF YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL, BUY MAGAZINES OF YOUR LIKING, GO TO THE BOOK STORE, MALLS AND START THINKING ABOUT YOU... "YOU DO YOU" AS I TELL MY DAUGHTERS. DEVELOP A SENSE OF SELF AND WATCH WHAT HAPPENS........OH, PRAYING, ASKING GOD ALSO HELPS TOO.

thats a hard one, but just think about how every person you see has better thing to worry about than how you look or act.
