My guess would be Louisiana Lafayette... I think they have the best offense in a very dismal conference... they might eek out 6 wins... the Sun Belt is awful, its just imposible to tell...

Probably North Texas again, and they'll probably be the only team over .500 in a conference that doesn't belong in Division I-A.
