You could get a tutor. Also, just try talking to people who speak English. That's the fasted way to learn.

well, my english teacher said that we would learn english faster by speaking it. in every oppurtunity that you get to speak in english, go for it. don't hesitate. don't be afraid that you might commit mistakes, we're not perfect. in time, you'll find yourself good in english. just speak it. :)
