Well England is capable to score good quality goals they have the players , but whem it comes to Internatonal games like the world cup iy seems they become very individuals players because they know is Owem or other player score they get the credits and others financial deals.
I am not happy that way they playing but I record they could score a goal agains Portugal is they play as one team.

Er, how about the Trindad & Tobago game when both Peter Crouch and Steven Gerrard scored from open play? Or perhaps all teh way through our qualifying group (which we won) when Lampard, Cole, Crouch, all scored from open play??? Not to mention playing against Argentina, Hungary and Jamaica in our last three friendlies. Perhaps you might like to ask if the Dutch, or Argentinian, or German team would prefer not score from free kicks or penalties?

it's a funny old game, footbal... especially the way the muppets from England play it.. we tend to have a unique style... it's called being crap... don't know how they ever get into these competitions... a lot of other great footballing nations like Trinidad and tobagoo, equador and even China got into last time... are much better than the england team who most of the time snatch defeat from the jaws of victory... once again they were lucky the other night against equador who were looking really dangerous towards the end of the game...

It does not matter if it is by actual putting on the goal, or free kicks because of a penalty. If they will win it does not matter.

I think England is kinda like Brazil, they play accordingly to their opponent's strenght. With talented players like Lampard and Beckham, they only need to give their best, instead of waiting for their teammates to do it.
