Harry Potter is both cute and charming. He looks good and he is charming because of him being a wizard.

It depends which book you are talking about. As he has aged, his character has gone through fairly "typical" adolescent development. He was actually a pretty obnoxious character in "The Order of the Phoenix".
Overall, I think charming applies better than cute.
