I am 6 feet tall, Weigh 76 kgs., 27 year old boy from India. I am in good shape. I started muscle building from last 15 days. I want to get a very good muscular body in 3 months. Kindly guide me what should be my diet? I am from India and not very rich. So can't afford costly food.
