Am I on the moving train, or are you on the moving train. Is the person in question in the moving train, or literally ON it? Am I waving for the platform cheerfully, or am I waving frantically from the tracks? You have GOT to be more specific........

Just let me know when and where the train is to pass by. I will wave at YOU. I'd be the tall one on top of a car. I'd wear red for you to easily know it is me. :)
