Do you mean the players or the fans? The fans sing with pride and passion, but not all the players do. Neville never sings it. Also, (I've been thinking about this), we only sing one verse of our national anthem, because no-one knows the words to the rest of it. So what does that say? Did you hear the Paraguay anthem? It went on and on and on, but the players knew all the words. Maybe we (the fans) wouldn't be so passionate and proud if we had to sing the whole thing. One more thing - do you think we'd be even more passionate and proud if we sang about England, our country, rather than the Queen? No offense to Her Majesty.

No Doubt that it is the English who sing their National Anthem with the most pride although it still annoys me when not all of them are singing it!!!!!!!!!

Since at least three do not bother moving their lips (Rooney, Neville and Carragher), then most people I guess.... perhaps if we had a decent tune as our anthem instead of that irritating funeral march, we'd do better....
