If you think this enemy of yours will hurt your sister, just to revenge you, then talk to your sister about your fears and let her make her own choice (how old is she, by the way?)
If you just do not want her -your own blood- to be with your enemy, just because he is your enemy, I'm afraid that you have no right to interfere. Isn't she old enough to judge and choose?
