Weight train, eat well and rest well.

Start easy on the weights, be sure to use proper form, speed and range of motion in all exercises. Do not jerk or swing the weight, unless it's to eke out a couple of extra reps at the end of the set.

Once you get your bearings on what exercises to use and are familiar with the weights to use for each movement, start increasing your intensity. Use medium to heavy weights, medium to low reps per set, and concentrate on basic movements (ie: bench press, squats, rows, etc.). As you are dealing with heavier weights, proper form, speed and range of motion become all the more important. Always have a partner to spot you.

There are a huge number of online weight training/fitness websites. Have a google and browse through. Get some help via a trainer if you can.

the best way and i know it sounds stupid is to eat more. any diet supplements don't in the long run do what you want. people might say creatin but that just increases your water weight. eat a little bit extra with every meal and an extra snack each day. i had to do it. its uncomfortable at first but you'll increase your stomach size and so your appetite.

I was told that ice cream and starchy foods are weight gainers. Now obviously you wont eat it by the truck loads but I'm opposed to pills for things we need. Try that or talk to a doctor because you want to do it safely.
Take Care!

Go to your local gym, tell them you want to bulk up - they'll point you in the right direction with protein powders and which types of exercise are better.
Personally though, I think you look mighty fine just as you are!
