If we could somehow put our hands “straight trough” the glass of a mirror and touch objects, how many would realize that they are only “reflections” of reality?!

Not the brightest question. If you can touch them, they are not reflections. If you touch them as seen in the mirror, you would notice the transposition of left and right. Getting your hand through the mirror is the tough part, indicating that reality is on this side of the mirror. You need to realize your understanding of philosophy is about mirror-deep.

Probably only those on really good contraband substances. The whole 'other person' in the mirror has fascinated me for a long time. It is not that it is only reversed but a bit more. The persons left hand is my right hand, and not only in reflection, I mean really. Totally another object.
I always wonder what that other person does when I walk away fom a mirror.

If I tried to put my hand through a glass mirror in order to touch something... more than likely, approximately 99 and 44/100's percent of the time the mirror would break, my hand would be cut... and the only reality would be my own blood running down my arm and the foolishness of trying to put my hand through a mirror to reach the other side...
