To tell you the fact most guys will not fall for a girl who is as manly as he is for a simple reason that if they want another guy for a relationship then she is out ,but if they want a woman then she definitely has to be feminine. Then there are those who want the kinky stuff so they don't mind any thing.
As for me I think God created a man to be a man and a woman to be a woman.A man who acts like a woman is going against the law of nature and the same can be said about a woman. The beauty of a woman lies in the delicateness with witch the creator has created her.Delicateness does not mean a very thin figure and very sharp features but the inner beauty of the woman, the caring the loving and the all giving nature of a woman.Look around you and you will find many women who are not beautiful in the physical way but you still see them as beautiful just by the fact that they are good natured and very polite to others.

Lots of men are atrracted to women who act a little manly (ie, into sports, cars, drinking, etc) as long as the woman still has a feminine side to her. There is nothing wrong with being a little tomboyish and if you end up finding out that you're also into other manly things (like women) I'm sure your man would have no problem with letting you bring home other women too.

I dated a girl like that once, it bothered me, moreso actually cause I'll admit I'm not a stereotypical macho man and I lean more on the sensitive gentle side so she was WAY too masculine for me, she was a guy trapped in a girl's body. The relationship was a complete bust and a disaster that I regret to this day. I'll never date someone out of desperation ever again!

In terms of friends, its no problem but with dating, forget about it. I can't speak for all men but I definitely need a girl that's feminine, extremely affectionate and cute. If she cuts her hair like a boy, never wants to be caught in a dress or a skirt, wants too much distance in terms of physical affection, parties at clubs and bars 24 / 7, is turned off by romantic mush and is into things like auto repair and lifting weights - Christ, the girl said she'd wear a suit to her wedding and that she wants to be a firefighter as her career. That's fine and all for friends but definitely not relationship material. That was too extreme for me. Minor tomboyish activities and interests don't bother me. I'm perfectly fine with a girl into videogames or sports but when she acts TOO much like a guy, I draw the line. I'm straight, I find girly things attractive, not manly things. Most guys want a girl that they can protect, pamper, nurture, etc. When the roles are reversed and the girl wants to be Wonder Woman or She-Ra (He-Man's female counterpart), its honestly a big turn off.

Does this mean you should change who you are? NO! Absolutely not! There's someone for everyone, if you're asking this wondering if a guy will find you attractive or dateable for who you are - don't worry, there's all types of guys and I'm sure you'll find one who'll appreciate you for who you are. If you have to change for that person then they're not the one for you.

Well I would say they have a two in one. A chick who they can drink beer and watch sports with in the day and a girl who can rock their world at night! Hell, every guy probably wants that!

That she must be a lesbian... A real girl does not act manly. Though you may share some athletic similarities, it is not a manly thing. If you fight, grab you crotch, spit, swear.... No man wants you.

well, if she acts like that. then you will always be the Buddie, one of the boy's.. it sucks, but true.. they don't see you as a girl. then when you act like a girl out of the blue. they laugh and tell you where there Buddie. it does not make you gay if you are acting manly.. there is a lot of them out there and they love men. hope this helps

as long as intimacy is still there it'll be cool. but problem with girls that act to manly is they often put into that friends category because guys will think of them as friend other than girlfriend.

It depends on what you mean by "manly" and on the male's temperament.
Others might like it and other might be appalled by this attitude.
I dare say that men with self-confidence would like her as far as she's also smart...
