Windows 95!! Haven't done that in a while...
Insert the first of the disk into the floppy drive of the computer. It should boot up from that disk and offer you an option to install Windows. Tell it yes and simply follow the prompts from there. You will need to switch disk whenever it tells you to. Beyond that, it is pretty simple and straight forward and you should be able to do it.
If you have problems, e-mail with the question and I will try to help you through it.

What exactly IS your question? Hard drive can be wiped w/a magnet, but then you have to install an OS> Do you want to do a manual, or are you in need of a program to do a "crash & trash"? Either way, you will need to install the OS again. IF its a partial you want, go to MS and they can tell you.

Insert the operating system disk (i.e. windows 2000, or xp) and load it. this will wipe your hard drive clean. Then add the basics.
