As all NASCAR races are from a rolling start, launch controls are not necessary. Personally, I think launch controls take away a huge part of racing which is the drivers themselves.

If you're referring to a Launch Control similar to whats on an F1 car, No they Don't. They aren't needed because NASCAR uses flying starts rather than standing starts.

if your referring to something to keep them from leaving the ground, the answer is yes, there equipment with roof flaps and flaps between the windshield and hood,they create extra drag if the car should loose control
