That's just how life can work out. Just accept it, get on with your life and be the best person you can be.

They just do; maybe they get a kick out of it. My partner of 16 years (yes you, Howard Green) left me after 16 years when I repeatedly paid his overdraft off, bought him clothes £300 a time, 10 shirrts in one day, subsidised his drinking, got up at 5 to see him off to work, loved him to bits- he went to live with his mother at the age of 54!!! I think they are well enough aware of the chaos and heartbreak they leave behind, but all they can think about is what they have in their trousers (not much) and drink, and themselves from start to finish. I was asolutely devastated; even tried to commit suicide, but Im over it now, and enjoying my life to the full, and you will, too. I know, you think you cannot survive without him, or her, but you really can!! Make a list of all the things you used to have to do when your ex was around that you dont have to do any more, and start spending that time on yourself; evening classes are a good way of making friends, learn a new language, look up old friends, be YOU again, and smile!! It really does work, honestly!! Lots of love to you.;

If they walked out did they really turn your life around? They might have got it headed in the right direction, but they didn't turn it around. Take my word there is someone out there for you. They won't only turn your life around but put you in a full 360. Good Luck.

list the things you have ac hived since they left you and build from there. Remember you had a life before them and you will again. Allow yourself to grieve the death of the relationship and hold on to the thought that life will get better in time

They like being in control. When you became strong, they lost interest. Stay strong and find somone who loves you for you
