Answer to the first part of your question is in your control - "make your personality sharp". and for the second part " can succeed in every sphere of life''; you can only put in your best efforts at a given point of time, results - success or failure - are not in your hands.
To make your personality sharp, you can develop your personality under an able guidance, or even by yourself; keeping yourself fit and healthy, well aware, knowledgeable, practical, focused, command over language and power of expression, being good human being,....list could be endless this way.
Mature yourself and learn to see the things in right perspective.

Sarmistha, you have repeated this same Question thrice - so, I guess you are really interested in an answer.
To begin with, a 'sharp' personality does not come from the clothes one wears, or the make-up one uses - it comes from WITHIN a person, and is exhibited only in his/her attitudes, plus attributes !
A 'sharp' person gets to be so, by training one's self, into becoming extremely observant, and careful : For example, a 'sharp' person would not categorise a Question of this sort under 'Kolkatha' ! :-))
...Not only will a 'sharp' person be wary of making mistakes, but will keep watching out for other's mistakes : That way, they can safeguard themselves from becoming the victims of others' errors, and also [only if and when neccessary !] use those mistakes to expose those others - if they try to turn nasty ! After all, she who has the LAST laugh is the one who wins !
...To become 'sharp', you should also develop your capacity for 'lateral thinking' - by which you make yourself capable of placing yourself in the shoes of your rivals, to guesstimate what new tricks they may be upto !
Incidentally your 'sharpness' should only be put to use - as a last resort, and not as a routine :
...Once you acquire a 'sharp' attitude, you must be able to completely hide it from all others - and behave normally, with friends, foes, and rivals alike. Thus, when you finally exhibit your 'sharp' attitude, it will come as a real surprise to everyone - and be especially most shocking to those who intended to hurt you.
With such a 'sharp' attitude, anyone will be a success in life and career - because those who have tasted the 'sharpness' would have spread the word around ! So, few would dare to cross such a person's path, or try stand in his/her way !
