All depends on the state you are living in. Most states require a legal separation. In Georgia, as long as the legal separation is 30 days you can get a divorce. In Kentucky the legal separation needs to be 90 days. In North Carolina, u don't need legal separation papers, however you have to be separated for at least a year, and both agree that you have been separated for a year. Also need to be a resident of North Carolina for 6 months to file for a divorce in the state. There are sites online that will tell you the requirements for the state your reside in, and how to go about getting a divorce.

Um, that's because both of you aren't deciding to love each other. You can divorce her, but that wont solve your problem. Your problem is not understanding how relationships work. I would recommend that you go to the MSN page and read some info on how to help your relationship work. There is also a magazine called "Marrage for couple" or something like that. It's really good. Tough times are common in all relationships, but you HAVE to learn how to love, or you will never have a good relationship. She has to know that you love her, you have to love her and show her that you love her, even when you don't want to. The cool thing that you will find out, is that the more you give her your love, the more you will realize that you really do love her. Tell her about her good qualities, and how much you appreciate them, and you will begine to love her again with a passion like never before. Then your fire of love will be reignited. Never give up. 100% effort is always required for it to work. You help her when she is down and turn to God to help you when you are both down. Good luck.
