yes she can as long as you both agree to it then you will work with the other family to have arrangements for the pregnancy, delivery, and after the baby is born.

Yes, she can, but I would not recommend it because when a child is being formed inside of you you become very attached to it. It is going to be very hard for her to give it up, and why would she want to go through that? I would try to convince her against it. Also, it could be stressful for you to see your wife creating a baby that isn't yours.

no, she can not. the baby, if you are still married, will be yours. and a wife needs her husband's consent to give him away.
