If your skin is dry, a moisturizer made for the penis is best. Some wrinklage is perfectly normal, especially when soft. But try using a lotion with Shea butter, vitamin E and vitamin C for optimal skin condition (Man1 Man Oil has them).

I use Johnstons Baby Oil. I rub it on . Only problem I get horny and have to beat off. Then I take a shower and the baby oil comes off. Have to use a lot.
