There are many things that can make your nails grow faster. A good diet, drinking lots of water or even taking prenatal vitamins. You can buy prenatal vitamins over the counter at the drug store.

Keeping your nails polished will help protect them while making you look more put together. For even greater protection, apply Sally Hansen Maximum Growth. It reinforces nails and gives them additional strength and support.

Hope this helps~Bon

You can try a clear nail varnish. This will give them a false sense of strength, but will hopefully stop them breaking.

Also try drinking milk and eating cheese. These have lots of calcium in, which is good for bones, teeth and nails.

They sell a nail strengthener in the nail care aisle of most drug stores. This is applied like nail polish and will keep your nails strong.

Take Biotin vitamins (or something like Hair/Skin/Nails formula).

Put a nail strengthener on them (Sally Hansen's has several different items for nails).
