I have Windows XP & DSL. Can I send and receive a FAX via my computer? If so, how?

On your windows installation Cd there is a program called Microsoft Fax. You can install that and fax via a modem and phone line.

It is really quite simple.

It will give you step by step instruction after you get the software installed. You go into the control panel and click on Add Remove to add the program. Once there, you will see a logo for Micorsoft based programs on the left of the window, click there and a list of all available Microsoft programs will come up. Find the fax one and attempt to install it.
