Well, several things have to happen before you can become a vampire.
(1) You have to make sure your credit rating is spotless. Go to a credit reporting bureau and check your rating. Vampires are very fussy when it comes to their credit rating and will not allow anyone with less than an 850 credit rating to become one.
(2) You have to register with the AVLU (Amercian Vampire/Lycanthrope Union) (if you live in Europe it is the EVLU). Vampires/Werewolves are unionized these days.
(3) You have to register your preference of blood-type that you drink with the union (A+ , O-). This prevents vampires from being greedy and taking blood that another vampire has registered for.
(4) You have to be sponsored by a senior Vampire (300+ years old) or at least 2 medium aged vampires (150-299 years old) OR 1 young vampire (<149), a Jehovah's Witness and a Notary Public.
Good luck. I know the requirements are fairly stringent, but they are rather choosy.

Why would you want to??
If Vampires exist (which I highly doubt) Vampires are supposed to be the undead. Where they live for hundreds of years, cannot venture out in daylight etc What a lonely miserable life watching your friends and family dying around you and your left walking the earth hundreds of years later. Thats not much of a life!!
Seriously though there are no such thing as vampires. Count Dracula is a story that began about a very cruel inhumane man that lived in a castle and tortured people (impaled them) and would drain their blood into a glass and drink it. Over time the story got exaggerated to the tale of what we have come to know him of now. (where the vampires have fangs and suck blood and turn into bats and fly away)
Word of warning....becareful if you start acting weird by trying to imitate any of this someone will end up admitting you into a mental institution or worse still animal control. lol

You can do anything you set out to do. Some sort of altered state might be necessary for this one, like psychosis. Put yourself in the appropriate atmosphere and believe. Essentially, live where your dreams are. Is it the flying that attracts you? The blood? The power to instill fear? Everlasting life or something else? More details needed. But whatever the answer, you may want to find some other outlet to fulfill this desire unless you are willing to have life as most of us know it change drastically.

you can't technically vampires dont exist and theres no way to become one and along with the others you should probably check into a mental hospital because your insane sry but true
