Its true that hormones of growing boys and girls are at its peak and quite volcanic.... But if they are given enough recrational activities like sports, hobbies,and the like, I dont think they would still think about sex.... And one more thing, adult guidance and sex education could pave way for their sexual as well as their moral development.
