you put the contacts in in the morning and you take them out at night, making sure to wash your hands well before handling them(also make sure all the soap is off your hands otherwise it gets in your eyes and stings a bit, not like i've done it lol. make sure to clean the contacts thoroughly with contact solution and keep the case clean too. when you first get contacts they feel a little annoying sort of because your eyes don't usually have them in but by the next few days they feel fine. oh and make sure if you are going to go swimming, they say to take the contacts out but if your gonna lay in the sun they definitely recommend taking them out because if your laying in the sun the contacts can dry out. anyway
Hope this helps!!! :-)

There are Several different Contacts to suit your lifestyle and budget. Contact lenses are fine provided they are well taken care of and the directions of care are followed. There are several different kinds such as daily and extended wear (some you keep in there for almost a month), and there are also the disposables where after a week or so of wearing, it gets tossed and replaced with a fresh pair. You will need to see an optometrist who can size the contacts and provide the proper prescription for your eyes. If you have an astigmatism (where the eye is shaped like a lemon as opposed to a globe), you may have to purchase contacts made specifically for that condition. Depending on the severity, the specialty contacts may be a bit more expensive.

Usually they recommend a 12 hour period, say from 9AM to 9PM on most types but it depends on what sort you get, i use disposable monthly ones but since i still wear glasses sometimes they last a little over a month for me. I have no problem wearing them, people that talk about feeling wierd aobut having stuff on your eye well I got over it real quick and I find the benefits much better, and it isn't too expensive for me, about £10 a month. I would seriously look into it if I were you :-)

When I first wore contact lenses, I saw a shiny world around me! It was like a miracle. Can' t be compared to glasses. Go on and put a pair on. You can wear them all day long and some types you don't have to take them off when you go to sleep. But I 'd advise you to leave your eyes the chance to breath at night. They 're easy to handle, you don't feel them at all. No more steamy glasses when you sweat and no more falling off when you crouch! Just see that you WASH YOUR HANDS every time you put them on and off and don' t swim open-eyed when you have them on!

There is no problem even if you wear contact lenses whole day and remove before going to sleep.
