Pick: Argentina Other Possibilities: Portugal, Germany, England(??) Dark Horse: France I guess I would have to go with Argentina. They have a great Strike force consisting of the likes of Crespo, Aguero, Tevez, and wonderkid Messi. They have excellent creative talent in their midfield and their defense is solid. England have a rock solid defense and a good, if not great midfield. They have a world class striker in Wayne Rooney and Micheal Owen can still score if he isnt injured. Their keepers are probably their biggest worry. England's hope depends Capello though. If he can inspire England's team, then they have a shot at winning it. Portugal have Deco, Maniche, Nani, Quaresma, Alemeida, and above all Cristiano Ronaldo. Probably the best winger in the world, he can not only dribble but pass, cross, shoot, and of course, entertain. France are an aging team but they still have some quality players in Henry, Trezeguet, Ribery, Toulalan, Mexes, Viera, Frey, and Abidal. If they can perform, France will definately have a chance. The German team, after performing well in the last two worldcups, I see their team having a chance of winning it all. _____________________________ Italy is aging and just doesnt consist of the quality they had in 2006. Cannavaro, Totti, Toni, Nesta, Maldini, Zambrotta, all are over 30 and I don't see this team as a real competitor for glory. Brazil don't utilize the attacking flair of Ronaldinho correctly and while they are one of the best teams in the world, I just dont see them winning it yet.
