no one ever gives a best answer if you tell them how for some reason...click on edit your profile.....you can either create a avatar or put a pic in 360 and use that pic.Just click on the smiley face and it will take you to edit your profile..or your sn under your smiley face.

Click on "My Q&A" near the upper right of this page. Then click on "Edit My Info." The Picture section will show you the option to use your Yahoo! Avatar or the personal picture from your Yahoo! 360 page. Just select the one you want to use and save.
If you haven't already created an avatar, there will be links there so you can get started. Just be sure to come back to edit your profile after you've saved. (The new options may not be updated immediately, though.)
