depends on your defenition.
for most people it's pleasurable, helps to relax them, and even can give them self confidence.
for a long, long time, women would go to the doctor for 'hysteria' and the perscribed treatment would be for the doctor to rub her clitoris until she orgasmed, but it wasnt viewed as a sexual act, merely a way to cure hysteria. so obviously it cant be all bad.

MASTURBATION in teenage is quite common.Many teenagers feel that they are doing some thing wrong.Before any person Experiences intercourse it is better to do masturbation.It is a relive system and not bad.But too much of masturbation makes one to feel tired.Good exercise and keeping the body fit are essential.One need not consider masturbation as evil and in fact it is a good sign of healthy sex life after marriages.

Masturbation is perfectly normal and part of being human. This is a way to have sexual pleasure without a partner, and no risks of STDs or pregnancy. I masturbate all the time. A great stress reliever and just feels good to ejaculate and make room for new sperm. Always good to get rid of the old sperm and make room for new.

Masturbating is a great thing that all capable of..so long as were not doing so much that it dominates our actual sex life and we end up neglecting our partner, thats when masturbation goes bad...But overall it`s great because you discover what really turns you on you can find where your g-spot is and your giving your genital muscles a workout which is great for when you actually have sex and it also can release endorphins.
