Well I hesitate to admit you are deluded. Nice word tho. I am 31 and grew up when anime very first started in the 1980s. They drew white people with huge, wavering blue eyes with thin lips that, when in dialogue, were either paper thin or in large circles with spikey hair. The story lines blew as* so, early on, because of the mockery, I lost interest. I understand that today they are better. But because of back then, they lost me. In my personal opinion, anime SUX. They all still have massive, wavering eyes and their mouths still go from thin lines to large O's... __O_O___O_OOO_. No idea why people think this is better than hand drawn and painted, cell by cell old-school Disney animation. You aren't deluded, you just grew up on crap.
