What type of exercise is recommendable for night time exercise to cut down the tummy fats?

So can I consume any food at night if I intend to do situps/crunches?After consuming food, should I sit down or take a walk?

Do sit up before you go to bed but for a most effective workout you should exercise right when you get up before you eat breakfest and then you should eat foods high in protein such as peanut butter or tuna.If you do 100 set ups a day and eat 2 table spoons of tuna plus your regular breakfast you will see results in six weeks.

Best exercise for removing fat is cardio. Best time of day is morning. At night is better than not. Try to avoid eating an hour before exercising and an hour after.

its not at all recommended to eat much much at night...it always said that have breakfast like a king but dinner like a beggar...

if u wanna workout at nighttry brisk walking...aerobically brisk walking is considered best to excercise netime of the day...if u get into this habit it will cut down fats from ur body as it burns a lot of calories...

after having dinner try going for a walk n dont skip it..even for a single night...make it a habit n see the magic of such a simple excercise...

There is one remedy that will require hardly no excerise at all except to tone up.
Stop taking in carbs in to your body. When the body is starved of carbs it will begin to take it from your fatty tissues and you will lose weight and slim down perfect.
carbs like potoato chips, cheese, cakes, donuts...ect
anything that has carbs you want to cut down on. This way your body reacts and starts to feed on itself chewing up the fat. Now you also must eat so don;t starve your self. You can eat all the bbq chikcen that you want, eggs and such, but lower the carb intake and your home free.

you should do a little bit of situps. like 30 situps. Don't do exessive exercising at night.. your body is going to be working at night.... same goes with energy drinks and powerade!! you should exercise in the mornings so it can give you energy!!!: ) not at night though.. you're about to go to sleep!

There does not exist a law that states that you HAVE to exercise during the day time. You can exercise at night - should it be more convenient for you.

exercise is known to give you a boost in energy. so if you want a sudden boost in energy at night before bed then go for it what you should try is to get your exercise in before 7:00 pm and do not eat after 6:00 pm.

The best exercise to do at night, of course, is sex. It works pretty much most muscle groups, unless ur laying down like dead wood. So make it wild and work it, baby!

Yeah you can work out at night but 1 thing I have heard is don't eat a real big meal after 7p.m. cause it turns to fat. But I know alot of people that work out @ night so go for it.

Yes as long as you already digested the food you ate then of course you can do exercises at night
