The mode is the number or event that appears most often in a set of data. Suppose that the eye colours of the students in the class are blue, blue, blue, brown, brown, brown, brown, green, green. Then the most common eye colour is brown. This is the mode.
The number that all the numbers in a data set cluster equally around is the mean, also commonly called the average. This is calculated by adding all the numbers together and dividing by the number of numbers.
The number that comes in the middle of a set of numbers when they are arranged in order is the median. If we had the following set of numbers (4, 4, 4, 8, 9, 10, 10), then the middle number will be the fourth one. This number is 8, so the median of the numbers is 8. With an even number of values, the median is the average of the two middle numbers.
A mouth is an opening through which an animal takes in food and water. Mouths can also be used for other tasks, such as communication with humans, but this is the most basic definition.

The mean is the arithmetic average. It's calculated by adding up a set of numbers, then dividing by how many numbers there are to get the average. The average of 3, 4, 5, & 8 is 20/4 or 5.
The median of a set of numbers is the midle number when they are ordered from smallest to largest. If there are an even number of numbers, the median is the midpoint between the two middle numbers. The median of 1, 5, 8, 10, 12, & 24 is 9 (halfway between 8 and 10)
The mode is the number of a set that occurs most often. For the numbers: 5, 5, 6, 6, 6, 7, 9, 12, 12, & 15, the mode is 6.
A mouth is defined as:
the opening through which food is taken in and vocalizations emerge; "he stuffed his mouth with candy"
the externally visible part of the oral cavity on the face and the system of organs surrounding the opening; "she wiped lipstick from her mouth"
an opening that resembles a mouth (as of a cave or a gorge); "he rode into the mouth of the canyon"; "they built a fire at the mouth of the cave"
the point where a stream issues into a larger body of water; "New York is at the mouth of the Hudson"
a person conceived as a consumer of food; "he has four mouths to feed"
mouthpiece: a spokesperson (as a lawyer)
talk: express in speech; "She talks a lot of nonsense"; "This depressed patient does not verbalize"
sass: an impudent or insolent rejoinder; "don't give me any of your sass"
articulate silently; form words with the lips only; "She mouthed a swear word"
touch with the mouth
the opening of a jar or bottle; "the jar had a wide mouth"

Mean: In statistics, mean has two related meanings:* the average in ordinary English, which is more correctly called the arithmetic mean, to distinguish it from geometric mean or harmonic mean. The average is also called sample mean.* the expected value of a random variable, which is also called the population mean.
Median: In probability theory and statistics, the median is a number that separates the highest half of a sample, a population, or a probability distribution from the lowest half. More precisely 1/2 of the population will have values less than or equal to the median and 1/2 of the population will have values equal to or greater than the median.
Mode: In statistics, the mode is the value that has the largest number of observations, namely the most frequent value or values. The mode is not necessarily unique, unlike the arithmetic mean.
Mouth: The mouth, also known as the buccal cavity or the oral cavity, is the opening through which an animal or human takes in food. It is usually located in the head, but not always; the mouth of a planarium is in the middle of its belly.

Mean is the average in ordinary English, which is more correctly called the arithmetic mean, to distinguish it from geometric mean or harmonic mean. The average is also called sample mean.
In probability theory and statistics, a median is a number dividing the higher half of a sample, a population, or a probability distribution from the lower half. At most half the population have values less than the median and at most half have values greater than the median. If both groups contain less than half the population, then some of the population is exactly equal to the median.
In statistics, mode means the most frequent value assumed by a random variable, or occurring in a sampling of a random variable. The term is applied both to probability distributions and to collections of experimental data.
The mouth, also known as the buccal cavity or the oral cavity, is the opening through which an animal takes in food and water. It is usually located in the head. The mouth of a planarium is in the middle of its belly.

The mean is a set of numbers. The median is the middle number of the set of numbers once it is arranged. The mode is the sum of all the numbers subtracted by the number of addends... I don't have an idea of a mouth in math except that it's a part of our face/head in science...
