you can get nie fitting vests for cheap they dont cost too mush. But everybody loves a little bit of buff bod, if youve got it flaunt it, so they say!!!

So did I, then I changed jobs, 15 years later still haven't lost the flab. Lost 35 pounds in 3 months once took 6 months before it all came back. Be warned.
Clothing-wise, a good pair of natural fit jeans with baggy thick cotton T and trainers. The understated look always makes people think your fit but proportioned.
If you want to show off a bit in hot weather (and get cool), cut half the sleeve off the T, but use sparingly.

You can wear what ever you feel comfortable in,do not wear baggy clothes they tend to make you look bigger.I know as i was in the same boat thankfully i have got the weight off
