I think Nostradamus was wrong more than people want to admit. I think people want to make what he has said to be true so they twist things to make them fit. He never did predicte that about the World Cup

I think Nostradamus had sat-tv, and was a tv-addict.
How could he see a show as FIFA world cup and understanding:
1. That flag is spanish (a 'new war ensign' from 1785)
2. A funny football match claims images of war and armies (there is a little struggle, but no blades, pikes, polearms...)
3. Football rules (scores, extra-time and so on...)
Could Nostradamus shout 'Arriba Espana' at Torres goal? And had wooed at the ref?
Not serious.
In Italy - of course - we retain absolutely trustful the 'rule of twelve':
1970 final italy - brazil
1982 final italy after a great 2nd stage match against brazil
1994 final italy - brazil
2006 continues...
Oddily enough, Germans have their ridicolous 'rule of 16':

Nostradamus must of thought they would be playing the United States. Sorry to ruin the prediction.....but Argentina and Brazil are the teams to beat.

A portuguese woman that says she can see the future predicted that Portugal would be second in Euro 2004 , a the World Cup Winner ....
Anyway , the final will be on the 7 month , not the 6 .....

I have his book - nothing in it says so.
It is up to Spain to win the world cup.
They have to rely on their talent and not
on some dead prophet to win the game.
