First thing I would look at is the coolant. Is it full? when was the last time it was flushed? then on to the thermostat(and while your in there, inspect the water pump.)

seriously..stop..n let it cools down..or otherwise u'll get a nice twisted engine head! when u r thinking bout pouring water to let it cool faster..think of this hot engine+cold water=disaster! here r some tips on cooling system
1.get bigger or thicker(preferably a 3 layer)radiator
2.get a low temp termostat(68degree)will be fine..it will let the waterflow to engine sooner..
3.flush ur radiator atleast once every 3 oil change
4.use performance coolant(red for na engines n blue for turbo)
5.make sure ur cooling systems ie hoses, pump, termostat, all th coolant holes is not clogged
6.rewire ur engine fan+air con to spin the moment ur engine starts..that's about it..good luck!

well your radiator might not leak but it could be useing the coolent really fast and sucking it all up or jst not regulating it properly so you might want to take it into a shop to get it look at
